Q.Dance Academy is a dance school based in Crowthorne, Berkshire. We have been located just off the high street for over 10 years now!
We follow the IDTA syllabus for Ballet, Modern, Tap and Freestyle, as well as Contemporary and Jazz. We also offer exams in Teaching Associates.
Our mirrored studios and semi sprung floor help keep us one step ahead when teaching and learning as well as avoiding injuries.
We offer the oppourtunity to take exams, as well as perform in our yearly showcase. There are also dance, drama and singing workshops running with guest teachers currently performing in the West End. Students of Q Dance have also succesfully auditioned for professional dance colleges as well as professional pantomimes within the area and have gone on to have wonderful careers in the performing arts industry.

Principal - Victoria Price L.I.D.T.A A.I.S.T.D.
Victoria started dancing at the age of two with her mother who was the principal of a dance school in Dubai. She then studied in Southampton and London participating in many festivals and exams when she moved to England including the All England Dance Championships.
At the age of 16, Victoria began her dance college training at Laine Theatre Arts. After 3 years of studying, achieved a diploma in musical theatre, Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 modern with honours and a DDI in modern (all ISTD) as well as participating in numerous shows and pantomimes.
Straight after graduating from college, Victoria successfully auditioned for Carnival Cruise Lines and set off for her first contract in August 2007. At 19, flew over to Miami to join the “Carnival Inspiration”.
After completing two contracts with Carnival, Victoria then decided she would like to share her experiences and knowledge with children and so turned her hand to teaching. Victoria has been teaching for 16 years and has taught numerous students the preparation they need for exams as well as choreographing for festivals and shows. Victoria achieved her Associate Examination in Modern and also Licentiate in freestyle with Honours. S
Victoria was also the resident choreographer for Fleet's first professional pantomime "Dick Whittington" and "Cinderella".
Kathryn Buttle - AIDTA
Kathryn started dancung at 3 years old at a local ballet class. She soon progressed to freestyle. Her potential was recognised and she earned a scholarship which also included tap, modern and jazz dance.
It wasn't long before Kathryn started competing in festivals and competitions, winning numerous medals throughout the years.
Whilst at school, Kathryn was awarded main roles in dance pieces and made it through to the finals of Rock Challenge, competing against other schools in Hampshire. She has since gone on to adjudicate f or Yateley school's House Dance competition.
Kathryn's professional dance career began when she successfully auditioned for Bracknell Pantomime 2010/2011 as an ensemble dancer. She then successfully auditioned for Fleet pantomime 2013/2014 as a senior dancer.
Kathryn passed her Dance Teaching Associate with Distinction, 85 marks . Kathryn gained her Level 3 personal training qualification in 2017 and is also a well known children's yoga teacher in the area and gained her vinyasa yoga qualification in Alessandria, Italy. She has over 250 yoga teaching hours to her name.
